Energy work, colour & art therapy — brought to you
Mobile sessions for women and men across Canberra and the ACT — I come to your home, office, hotel or a favourite park, saving you the time and cost of travel. My Franklin studio and distance/surrogate sessions are also available if that suits you better.
Book a SessionI'm Roz, a Canberra-based holistic practitioner blending energy-based bodywork, colour therapy and art-based techniques into sessions designed around you. My approach is gentle, intuitive and grounded in genuine care — the kind of self-care that fits into a full life rather than asking you to rearrange it.
I hold Usui Shiki Ryoho attunements at Reiki Level 1 and Level 2, taught by Tunde Takacs, Reiki Master Teacher, carrying a lineage that traces back to Mikao Usui himself. I'm a member of both the Australian Reiki Connection (ARC) and the Association of Australian Reiki Professionals, and I continue to deepen my practice through ongoing study.
Most sessions are mobile — I'll come to your home, office, hotel or a park, saving you the time and cost of travel. My Franklin studio and distance/surrogate sessions are available too, if you'd prefer.

Meeting Roslynn was a life-changing experience. The depth of her spiritual awareness is something I've never encountered before. Almost immediately, I felt understood without having to say much at all. It was as though she connected directly with my spirit rather than just my words.
The wisdom she shared about the chakras and life felt timeless and deeply meaningful. The experience was so powerful that it seemed beyond ordinary human understanding — as if I was in the presence of someone whose purpose is to bring light, healing, and hope to others.
It was a truly sacred and unforgettable experience. Roslynn is one of the most genuine, compassionate, and beautiful souls I've ever had the privilege of meeting.
Book straight into my calendar, or call or email if you'd rather chat first.
